Over the last 5 years RWA have delivered their 3 day Supervision Training Workshop to several hundred insurance brokers within the UK. However, we are more and more aware of the interruption to business that 3 days out of the office can be for firms small and large, not to mention the costs for 3 days face to face training.

The FSA still place significant importance on the role of the Supervisor within all regulated financial services firms, so it is still necessary to confirm and evidence that your Supervisors have the required coaching and assessment skills to perform their roles.

We have therefore launched a new Supervision Training Online package. This online course features the same content as our much loved face to face workshop, including tutor support and feedback, however you will now be able to complete the modules in your own time, at your own desk.

The cost of this service is only £350 (inc VAT) per delegate or if you are an RWA customer you can swap 5 compliance credits for 1 license.
