Bespoke Courses

One of the questions we get asked the most from both our Compliance Club members and The OBELISK users is whether we can produce training material and online courses for Companies based on their own individual requirements, especially for those Companies working in a niche market.

The answer is simple, Yes.

There are several options available:

One-Off Courses or Assessments:

If you have a specific training need then we can upload materials and learning bites that you have created, or alternatively, we have industry experts who can create courses to order for you.

Your Own Course Area:

We can set you up with your own course area within The OBELISK that only your staff have access to. This will include your own branding and we can also set-up key personnel with tutor status who can monitor activity and grades themselves.

You may want to upload and store copies of your own policies for staff to read and learn, we can then build in some multiple choice questions regarding the policies so that you can display that your staff are knowledgeable about your products.

Your Own OBELISK site:

This is likely to suit larger companies with more staff who are interested in keeping their in-house training online. With your own site we can build in multiple courses to your requirements from Induction training through to management and staff refresher courses, which allow you to reduce the amount of time staff spend in the training room and also can help you keep costs down in having to hire new training staff.

Have you ever been in a situation where a department cannot hire much needed new staff until the start of the month because induction training is only carried out during the first week of the month? With your own OBELISK site this may no longer be an issue.
